Classical Piano - Trinity College London - Grade 6, Part 3

This course is ideal for intermediate level students to guide them further into the world of Western Classical Music (Piano). The course aims at providing significant knowledge and learning piano through a process of constant discovery. The student acquires more than basic level skills to improvise musical phrases with more difficult melodies. The course will lay the foundation for student to take challenge in learn difficult pieces part of TCL Grade 6 as well as to build a repertoire. The student develops listening, reading & playing skills shall be sharpened with an exploratory outlook in addition to acquiring knowledge. The Trinity College of London book has got study material, reference reading material and listening material. The variety of Lallaby, Jingle Songs and Bollywood songs are included as an external repertoire for the student to gain exposure to the richness of universal music. Three Trinity Pieces & Exercises are learned alongwith supportive tests on Sight Reading and Improvisation. The student learns to compose a simple tune on their own giving them a joy of creation.
